Prof. Muthmainnah is currently serving as a Professor Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar in West Sulawesi, Indonesia. She has extensive experience as a lecturer, global speaker, and international leader. Muthmainnah has held numerous positions at her university, including Chairman of the Indonesian Language Department, Public Relations Officer, Director of Women's Centre Studies, Deputy Director of Quality Assurance Unit, and currently, Deputy Director of the Language and Character Development Institute.
Muthmainnah is also an accomplished author, having written 90 national and International books, published by esteemed publishers such as IGI Global, Springer, Emerald, Wiley, Taylor and Francis.
Dr. Muthmainnah serves as an international board member for various scientific innovation and research groups. She is also an adjunct faculty member at MAAUN, Nigeria; Buriram Rajabhat University (BRU), Thailand; and MANIPAL Global Nxt, Malaysia.
She has received over 100 international awards, including:

She currently serves as an external examiner for PhD students at several A+ accredited universities across India, Malaysia, Florida (USA), Cyprus (Europe), and Australia.
A strong advocate for international collaboration and teamwork, Dr. Muthmainnah is actively open to engaging in diverse academic and leadership initiatives worldwide.
